Reopening a lost opportunity and turning it into a lasting client relationship.

Apple

From idea to agreement.

A partnership giving Saudi freelancers access to Apple laptops at corporate discount pricing.

I developed the partnership from initial concept to signed agreement, building the commercial case, negotiating the proposition and coordinating internal stakeholders.

About the figures +

These are account and deal values from my experience, and may cover more than one engagement. Campaign figures come from Flicron’s original reports. I’ve kept account values, individual orders and campaign budgets separate because their scope can overlap. The account values are not presented as an annual total or on a uniform VAT basis.

03 / ABOUT & APPROACH

From the first conversation
to what comes next.

9+YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

I look for the connection between what a business needs, who can help and how to make working together worthwhile.

DIGITAL MARKETING & PRODUCTS

At Amaz, I led account management and business development teams and oversaw digital strategy delivery. That experience helps me connect commercial goals with the digital products and services behind them.

01

Find the right opportunity

Research the market, identify the right lead and qualify the commercial potential with critical thinking and practical judgement.

02

Build the case. Close the deal.

Create a proposition, persuade stakeholders, negotiate terms and take the opportunity through to agreement. Financial proposals and pricing are established strengths; developing technical proposals is a recent expansion of my work.

03

Grow the relationship

Take ownership after the win. Understand client needs, retain the relationship and find opportunities for additional business.

04

Develop the people

Lead, coach and mentor teams. At Future Work, I led a team of three. At Flicron, I earned two promotions in under two years and built processes adopted by the wider team.

Proposals, pricing and follow-through
01 / PROPOSALS

Make the opportunity clear.

Bring together the service, audience, scope and commercial terms in a proposal the client can assess.

02 / COMMERCIAL PLANNING

Connect the budget to the brief.

Present influencer options, audience profiles and pricing. Give clients a clear basis for choosing how to invest.

03 / ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT

Stay involved after the agreement.

Maintain the client relationship, coordinate with delivery teams and use reporting to inform the next conversation.

04 / AUTOMOTIVE & CONTENT

A passion I want
to build on.

I started reviewing cars on YouTube, then paused to focus on my business development career. I’d love to return to automotive content and bring that interest into my commercial work.

WHERE I’D LIKE TO TAKE IT

Premium cars. Commercial opportunities.

I’m interested in business development and partnerships in premium and performance automotive, particularly with brands such as Porsche, Audi and BMW M. I’d like to combine my experience in winning business and growing client relationships with my enthusiasm for cars and content.

05 / BEYOND BUSINESS

My story.
In my own words.

بين الضدين

I live with bipolar disorder. I’m open about my diagnosis and not ashamed of it.

My mission is to help people living with bipolar disorder in whatever way I can. Through my book and honest public conversations, I want to build understanding and help others feel less alone and less limited by their diagnosis.

With the right psychiatric care, medication and support, people with bipolar disorder can manage the condition, build careers, maintain relationships and live full, meaningful lives. I want people to know that bipolar disorder does not have to define their future or limit what they can contribute to society.

Why I wrote the book

The idea began when a relative described someone who wanted to learn about bipolar disorder but could not access English-language resources. I saw a reason to share my own experience in Arabic.
